How to dress for running


Clothes for running you need to choose, based on personal preferences. Summer clothes for running

In the summer, at a temperature of from 17 to 30 degrees, to dress as

At a temperature of from -15 to 10 degrees, you can wear a t-shirt or a sweatshirt and a light sports jacket. The head and ears can be protected from the cold with a woolly hat. If piercing blows a nasty breeze, wear under a jacket, a sweater or a jacket.

If the temperature outside is below 15 degrees, it is better to wear a warm woolen sweater, socks and gloves that protect hands and feet from frostbite. Sneakers needs to be good and tight laced, to avoid falling into the snow.
